I’m Kait, I first started this blog to help educate, empower and build up others around me. I am from Emerald, a small country town in Central Queensland, Australia. Growing up I battled severe asthma, I lived on antibiotics, and still never really got any better. As an adult I was tired of this reality, so in 2014 I took my first step towards a healthier life. Refusing to accept my current situation, I endeavour on this journey towards a cleaner, healthier and holistic lifestyle. Through lots of dedication, trial and error, sheer stubbornness, and incorporating natural medicines, I have gained much knowledge along the way and would love to share it all with you.
